USA ESTA:
For all trips to the USA an electronic registration (ESTA) is required no later than 72 hours before entry.
The responsibility lays with the Traveler, not with the Agency.
Website:
The Apis-Form is additionally needed and has to be filled out.
For all flights to the USA and across US-Airspace Passenger Data as per the Secure flight Program have to be transmitted to the US-Authorities.
Following Data has to be included in the bookings, before Ticket issuance:
First and Last name, Date of Birth, gender and the Redress-Nr., if applicable (unique number of the U.S. Departement of Homeland Security).
CANADA ETA:
Austrian citizens require an electronic entry permit, the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), before flying to Canada (entry and transit).
For the generation of an Eta, a fee of CAD 7, as of JAN 2025, will be collected. The Eta is valid up from the day of issue for 5 years, unless the given document by time of application becomes invalid.
The responsibility lays with the Traveler, not with the Agency.
Website:
Austrians and all other citizens of EU member states require an ‘Electronic Travel Authorisation’ to enter the United Kingdom. The ETA is not required for holders of British visas, residence permits or a post-Brexit residence permit (‘settled status’ or ‘pre-settled status’). However, these travellers should ensure that the identity document used when travelling is linked to the digital ‘immigration status’ and also print out the ‘share code’ to be on the safe side, in order to avoid complicated checks at the border or by the airline/ferry/train company. An ETA is not required for airport transit where there is no border control (=airside transit). In all other cases of transit, an ETA is required.
The British authorities recommend applying for it at least 72 hours before travelling and downloading the ‘UK ETA App’ from Google Play or the Apple App Store on your mobile phone.
Alternatively, the application can also be made via this website.
The responsibility lays with the Traveler, not with the Agency.

Repeated bookings or cancellations of the same itinerary, even in different service classes or with different booking numbers, are considered "churning".
Airlines see this as a circumvention of the ticketing rules and charge fees, which we have to pass on to you.
