Cooperation with FHWien der WKW – Dual Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Tourism Management
A highly successful cooperation with FHWien der WKW brings fresh momentum into our company. The dual study programme combines theory and practice, offering students a university-level tourism education.
Through the practical experience gained in our company, students are optimally prepared to successfully enter professional life after completing their studies. We, in turn, benefit from the academic training of these young and motivated team members, who bring new ideas and knowledge essential for the company’s continued development. We learn from one another!
For four semesters, students of the Dual Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Tourism Management work in our company for two and a half days per week (20 hours), gaining insight into all business units through a rotation system. They work operationally within the individual departments, are involved in cross-company activities, and are supported by a dedicated mentor.
Since 2019, we have been guiding dual students (IUBH), many of whom have successfully continued their careers within our company after graduation.
Currently, five female students enrich daily working life within our organisation, and the excellent, professional collaboration with FHWien motivates us to welcome new students again in the upcoming semester.
